Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Welcome to [Epoxy and Wood Creations]. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order. By using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Who We Are

[Epoxy and Wood Creations] is operated by [Catherine Vacca].  You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Using Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local laws
• Transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, fraudulent, or infringes another person's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or its systems
• Use the site to send unsolicited communications or spam

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site if these terms are breached.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We will confirm receipt of your order by email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We may decline an order at any time before dispatch — for example, if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error. If we decline your order, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has been taken.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in US dollars and exclude applicable state and local taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but if we identify an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Payment must be made in full before your order is shipped.

5. Shipping

We aim to ship orders within the timeframe shown on each product listing. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will keep you informed where possible.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at [email protected]].

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Our pieces are perfectly-nonperfect.  Because our handmade epoxy and wood pieces are uniquely handcrafted with natural materials, edges will not be straight, small bubbles may be under the top coat, the wood can be different colors and the epoxy might have some nooks and grannies the way it dried, etc.  This is what makes our pieces so uniquely gorgeous!

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Epoxy and Wood Creations or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website or the goods sold through it, except as required by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Epoxy and Wood Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of goods. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it carefully.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on our website. Your continued use of the site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
